For Germany‘s oldest still existing art society, the Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft – Kunstverein Nürnberg, the Warriors created a new visual identity.
The Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft is an institution that functions as a forum for artists, their audience, and their supporters. They are fully committed to artists and their work and therefore ensure that the focus is not on the institution, but rather the artists themselves. The Warriors have incorporated that mindset into the corporate design of the Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft by simply crossing out all of the text. The only exceptions are the artists’ names, the artwork titles, and the logo of the Albrecht Dürer Gesellschaft itself. Every other text is cancelled by a horizontal line, but remains legible. By this anything not art-related is consequently subdued in all elements of the corporate design: letterhead, business cards, invitations, the website, the signage, etc ...
Through the simple intervention of the overlay line the text itself is transformed into imagery. The strike-through builds a remarkable graphic structure and a unique feature that is easily recognizable. In spite of this unconventional approach the visual identity remains very flexible and never competes with the art on display, independent of styles, appearances or colors.
After developing the visual identity the Warriors are now the Creative Board of the Kunstverein and are responsible for all communicative means.

Jahresgaben 2008/2009
Each year, the Kunstverein Nürnberg (Art Society Nürnberg) publishes an annual catalogue with a series of artworks which are provided by club members and sold for financial support of the Kunstverein.
